MOSCOW, Oct 5 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian hydropower giant RusHydro has approved the sale of 40% in VolgaHydro, its joint venture with Germany’s Voith Hydro, to Voith for U.S. $450 million, RusHydro said in a statement on Friday.
The company plans to close the deal until the end of 2018.
